Tasha created the Highlite Method™ after a decade working with high-performing individuals at the edge of burnout. Her specialty: helping exhausted professionals restore stability, clarity, and inner capacity — without adding more to their plates.

Her approach is grounded, practical, and deeply embodied. No quick fixes. Just sustainable change that integrates into real life. Today, Tasha personally holds the Highlite Movement club — a space she built because she knows that information isn't enough.
